ITEM TRACKING

When your item has been despatched from Decorum HQ you will receive an email invoice with a Tracking Number included. You can then track your item directly from the link in the email or copy and paste your Tracking Number to use on the applicable courier website. If you have any questions in regards to tracking your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us via. Email or our Facebook page.

SHIPPING YOUR ITEM/S

We have various shipping options available to you at the checkout depending on either where you are in the world or how quickly you want us to get the item to you. Here are the options available explained in finer detail..

If you live in the UK...

Spend over £100 with us and we will give you FREE Standard First Class delivery, otherwise this will cost you £3.50.

Spend over £250 with us and we will give you FREE Special Next Day delivery, otherwise this will cost you £7.50

If you live close enough to our store, select 'Collection' and you can collect your order any time between 9am and 5:30pm Monday - Saturday. 

If you live elsewhere in Europe...

Standard airmail delivery to countries in Europe will cost you £5.00.

Spend over £250.00 with us and this is FREE. 

If you live in USA or Rest of the World... (that's everywhere else on the planet unless you live somewhere extremely isolated!) 

Standard airmail delivery to the USA and Rest of the World will cost you £10.00.

Spend over £500 with us and this is FREE.

 

RETURNS POLICY

When you tear open the Decorum packaging, we want you to be thrilled with what's inside..

But if you aren't, then here are your options:

We are happy to refund or exchange any item returned to us in a saleable condition, with

all labels attached, within 7 days of purchase. 

You can return your item by posting it to us at - Decorum Menswear, 6 High Street, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6BQ, United Kingdom.

However, if you live close by or you are planning a visit to the area, you can always return you order to us in store by hand at the same address.

If you have any questions whatsoever in regards to our returns policy or anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

 

Orders will not be despatched until we have received payment in full and Decorum Menswear is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

When we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email to confirm this and a further confirmation email when your order has been despatched. Your confirmation email will contain a tracking number if your method of delivery requires one. 

 

Shipping times & Delivery

All UK and European orders are sent using Royal Mail or Parcel Force. 

Standard First Class delivery orders to the UK can be expected within 1/2 working days, unless there are reasons outside of our control which the Royal Mail/Parcel Force service has been affected or delayed.

Special Next Day Delivery orders to the UK will be delivered before 5pm the following day if the order is placed before 5pm on working days.

Standard delivery to all other countries varies on your location, delays in customs and the status of the Royal Mail/Parcel Force airmail service at that present time.

If you wish to have your order sent to you using a different courier service, please contact us and we will tailor your delivery service to your needs. Any additional charges will need to be paid in advance of despatch.

Please note bank holidays and peak periods such as Christmas can affect delivery times, if you have any queries please feel free to contact us for more info. The last day for Christmas deliveries to the UK using the Standard Delivery service is the 22nd December.

Every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Decorum Menswear is NOT responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send your item/s to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.
